i've found that with Zorin, when an application is busy loading or processing something, the window its in gets stuck, and i cant move it out of the way. is this a bug, or something that needs further development?

Wonder if any of the solutions posted in this thread help:
Sounds to me like a Gnome fail, not a Zorin fail!
Do you get the same results in xorg and Wayland compositor use?
