I am unable to open zorin appearance it's saying timeout was reached
You could try to reboot. If that doesn't help reinstall zorin appearance (if you have Zorin core):
sudo apt reinstall zorin-appearance zorin-appearance-layouts-shell-core zorin-appearance-layouts-support
I see like bugs very frequently
- Sometimes battery doesn't chart but keeps on running with power directly
- Zorin connect app doesn't show my device
- And sometimes the app doesn't open like zorin appearance
Is it common or Its just my bad luck???
Could you provide us with details of your machine? Make and model and specifications, CPU, Graphics, Memory, Hard Drive, and if you are dual-booting with Windows.
It's hp elitebook 745g6 ryzen 5 pro 3500u and raydeo Vega 8
16 gb ram ddr4
And I am not using dual boot just pure zorin os
You can try to switch to Xorg. Logout and at login click on your username, then a cogwheel appears at the bottom right corner. There select "Zorin Desktop on Xorg", then enter your password to login.

What does the xorg means and what it do?
It is a display server protocol. Zorin core uses by default Wayland, which is newer than Xorg, but it is not well implemented yet and can cause problems. You can easily switch back to the default version if you don't like it. But for most user XOrg is recommended in Zorin 17.

But still I am not able to open zorin appearance 
Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
When You type in the Terminal zorin-appearance and then press Enter what Output do You get?
i am getting timeout

Did you take a look at extensions if the Zorin ones are enabled?
yes they all are enable
Your are using Zorin 17 or the Zorin 18 Beta?

Yes absolutely fresh install
Going back to square one. Did you check the SHA checksum of the .iso you downloaded?

You can try to reinstall the desktop with
sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop
Then logout and login again.
