I'm most excited about season 9 and the BioGenesis DLC for Stellaris. I love this game and how much it has evolved. With BioGenesis you can have living ships that evolve and improve as the game progress.

Hey, those ships are exceeding the speed limit, gonna have to issue them a ticket! The red ship has teeth on the front of it, obstructing their view, thats another ticket. Wreckless flying maneuvers entering atmosphere, you guessed it, another ticket. LOL!
I've heard of that game before. Season 9 though? Is this one of those games where, they provide multiplayer, and role out changes based on season? I never really understood that, cause last time I online gamed, was like 2012. I'm a single player gamer only now.
Season 9 just means that the ninth period round of new DLCs that are available. AFAIK the game have been around 9-10 years.
Stellaris has evolved in that decades and it run Linux natively, no proton layer. You can singleplay Stellaris, no problem in that.

Enjoy! I've heard nothing but praise for this game. I'd love to try out Stellaris or EU IV (same developer), but I am still playing catch-up with my existing Steam backlog.
