I keep getting this message when trying to update software. Any ideas how to solve it?

This is a common issue that I think is related to flathub.
You can try
flatpak update
killall gnome-software
rm -rf ~/.cache/gnome-software
Relaunch Gnome Software and test.

It's more common that what you think, I saw it countless times till now
