I have a problem with Software Update, I get a message about updating Virtualization, but every time I try to update it just runs the same lines over and over.

Is your source for updates your country's locale server? If so, switch it to Main Server and see if it works.
Start Software Updater, then select Stop, then choose Settings button. Then go to first tab, if set to your locale, use drop down arrow to change to Main Server.
Unfortunately that didn't help
In terminal, please run
sudo apt install --reinstall virtualbox-dkms
Then run
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

Can I use it every time a software won't update
If the software updater fails for the same reason, then it would work again.
But a different cause may need a different solution.
