The same packages? Or new updates?
To be perfectly honest I have no idea ..... it just appeared like that when I allowed ALL updates ..... it apparently downloaded the updates but won't or can't install them .....
Before I only had security updates enabled .....
I don't think automatically installation apply to flatpaks/snaps, bu tI could be wrong.
close the store and then;
sudo flatpak update
Here's what I got ..... I didn't choose the Y button yet as I'm not sure if I want those changes to take place to my system .... are they OK ?????
mike@mike-ROG-Strix-G731GT-G731GT:~$ sudo flatpak update

Looks good. Now try the software center update and see if anything shows up there.
Thank you sir I'll check that T & G out .....
Thanks for you help ....
Maybe attempt to update by terminal, which should silence the software store:
sudo apt upgrade
Maybe even: full-upgrade
which could be necessary since the kernel upgrades take us beyond Ubuntu 22 (possible library updates and such). If the first fails to update all apt packages, it will tell you what it's going to do (it will say, packages not upgraded for <reason>, which indicates a full upgrade will be necessary) , then use the second.
Here is the results of your suggestions .....

Here is the results of Software Updater .....
Looks like the problem was solved ..... thanks 337harvey
For whatever reason, if the gui updater can't get it done, the terminal usually resolves upgrade issues. It may not be the favored way, but definitely a tried and true method.
