Updating from 16.2 to 3 Inquiry

Hi,

I have 16.2 Pro and in VB have 16.2 Lite.

I used the Upgrade link in Menu but both say there are no upgrades.

I am a little confused.

Do I have to buy 16.3 or somehow is it already updated?

I do updates and upgrades every day.
