I'm new to Linux and just need a little guidance. It seems that WinPodX was updated and I'm unable to use the current version. It's the only software I've found that runs a specific Windows application I need.
What Terminal command shows me the current version?
How can I update it through the Terminal?
I think I found it:
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kernalix7/winpodx/main/install.sh | bash
I got a message that I needed to install Python 3, which it automatically installed. Any time I mess with the Terminal it's on a hope and a prayer that it works and I don't accidentally mess something up lol
**Finished updating WinPodX. Looks like a GUI was added, which is nice.

Terminal can be a bit intimitating; that is understandable. But sometimes it is simply a solid way to do a Task. That doesn't mean, that You have to do everything in the Terminal. But it can offer a practical Usage.
