Upgrade core 17.3 to pro but lost my email?

Hi,

I purchased Zorin in June, (I have the receipt) but I do not have the email that was used, no clue what it was or could be, so just wondered how I can go about switching from core thats currently running to pro, is there a way to recover the email to a new email or can I provide you something from the receipt?

I did do this on the day you posted, but so far have heard nothing, I can paste my order number here is that's allowed/can speed up the process?

It would not speed the process up.
The ZorinGroup is composed of two people and they can take some time to work down the list to all queries.

Maybe if we tag the devs @AZorin @zorink they may see this thread. But as @Aravisian has mentioned, since the recent launch of Z18 they may be over occupied with queries, so please be patient.
