Upgrade from 17 to 18 pro

Installing Zorin OS

When attempting to upgrade I got the following error.

I paid the license and unable to :frowning:

Hi, and welcome to the forums!

Did you install the Cinnamon desktop? That might conflict with the current dependency chain while upgrading, as it's not an officially supported desktop environment. Before attempting the upgrade, I would suggest to remove it entirely and revert back to Gnome or XFCE, depending on whether you have Zorin OS Core or Lite installed, respectively.

Did You add any Third-Party Repo's? If yes, delete them and then try again the Upgrade.
