Why i am not being offered option to upgrade from 16.3 to 17 in the Upgrade Zorin section?

You use Zorin OS Lite? Lite 17 is not yet released. Only Zorin 17 Core is at the Moment available.
Not totally sure to be honest, how can i tell if its OS Lite?
Have checked and am using OS 16.3 Lite. Thanks for your help.
