I'm about to run the Zorin upgrader and notice that about 30 off my ppas along with repositories will be removed. What's the best way to restore these on the upgraded system, y ppa manager, apt-clone or is there a better way to go about this?
I've never thought about this as it has never concerned me. I would use some form of backup/export tool if such a thing exists and rather than use the upgrade tool I prefer a clean install.

Yeah, the clean install crossed my mind but I've got my system exactly as i want so considering all options. Ive looked at y ppa manager, apt clone, aptik. Just wondered if anyone had experience with these.
If You want it on a safe Way, You should delete the PPA's and after the Upgrade add them again.
