Are there any specific compatibility issues I should be aware of when using a 4K 120Hz monitor with Zorin OS? I'm particularly interested in understanding if there are any known driver issues, display scaling challenges, or other quirks that I should anticipate.

Why would you think that ? i have a laptop with 165HZ and it is working out of the box.

Depending how big Your Monitor is I would recommend to use the 200% Scaling. But in common it would be good to know if You are using an AMD or Nvidia Grapchics Card.
