have purchased zorin os 17 pro, can i download 18 pro with same purchase support code

Zorin OS 17 and 18 are different releases. The Zorin OS 17 Pro code will only work on Zorin OS 17 and its point releases (e.g. 17.3).

If you have recently purchased 17 Pro and then 18 was released (Surprise...) - Please contact the ZorinGroup to seek how to resolve the timing of that purchase.

I was surprised to discover that when I hit the update to pro button in Zorin18, it asked me for my old 17 Pro code and then applied a discount for the 18 Pro code.

So. Maybe worth a go? See what discount it gives you and decide if you're up for it.

I wish I had known about the discount. I just went and bought a new Zorin 18 since the upgrade to 18 has not appeared for me yet. (I am not upgrading from the beta.) I will remember for the upgrade to 19!!
