Dear Forum .My friends are running 16.3...I am running version 17 pro . Is there any way for my friends to upgrade to version 17 at the moment or maybe later ?

It depends. When Your Friends are using Z16 Core they can upgrade with the Zorin OS Upgrader Tool to Z17 Core. But when they use Z16 Lite they must wait because Z17 Lite is not yet released.
