USB-C Monitor not detected correctly when it powers up

Is there a way I can run a command when the external USB-C monitor powers up?
( xinput map-to-output 12 DP-1-0)

The problem is that the monitor powers down every time Zorin blanks the main screen. When I move the mouse, I have to run the command manually.

Thanks.

This may help?

If not please give us your machine spec's/model.

Also please show the results from the below commands, with the external monitor working.
