MACBook M3 running Tahoe 26.4

I use the app to flash a USB several times, a few different USB drives and different ports.

Once the flash is complete, the USB device is no longer recognized.

Maybe you can try Fedora Media Writer. Another user wrote that he used it on a Mac to install Zorin.

I think the bigger Problem is Your M3 Chip. I could be wrong but I don't think that it will run with Zorin. Maybe take a Look at Asahi Linux.
