USB Security Key on Zorin Pro 17

Question for everybody - Is it possible to get Zorin Pro 17 to lock and unlock itself from a USB stick - an app maybe? For example; If I turn on my computer and plug the USB stick in, the system unlocks. If I take the USB stick out, the system locks and cannot be unlocked without that particular USB stick (also called a U2F key).

Anybody know of a way or app for Zorin?

The industry standard would be something like Yubico.

If you would like to use a regular thumb drive, check out pam_usb.
