USB stick was formatted my user under Zorin OS 17.1 with fat32 is only readable and not writeable

I have purchased Zorin OS 17.1 Pro on 30.07.2024 and I'm till now very happy with the new OS. Better than opensuse or Kbuntu since I have tried 4 years in the past.

Now to my question: How is it possible that some USB stick that was formatted under win 11 with fat32 is under Zorin OS 17.1 Pro also write and readable. Other USB sticks I have formatted under Zorin OS 17.1 Pro with fat32, with my user and the disks app and I don't see it into the explorer. if I plug the stick into my Dell E5570 and I have to mount it with the disks app manually, when I will read it. I have now no write access there. Why???

Please help me!

First, backup any data on Sticks. Next install GParted (it gets removed after install) and format your usb sticks. I found a usb stick from my old work that had got corrupted. Formatting to Fat32 got the usb repaired and I returned it to my old place of work.
