Using nemo in zorinlite xfce(contextmenu:open in terminal item doesn't work)

I'm using nemo as default in zorin lite xfce instead of thunar, I have a problem in open in terminal item in contextmenu in nemo , when click it , it doesn't launch terminal.

I know , u have suggested nemo for me in other thread when I was asking about truncating in thunar :wink: , it's good , I don't know the new version of thunar has been added truncating or not
