V18 pro no sound from speakers on Lenovo Laptop

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop with an Intel sound card. Sounds works with the headphones but not the internal speakers

I tried all the possible fixes listed for sound but still not working.

Could You post the Output of sudo lshw -C multimedia please?

So, You tried Pulse Audio Volume Control, too? Were there the built-in Speakers listed?
