I'm in a lucky position that I got my hands on a couple of games where you can be/are a vampire.

Age of Wonders 4 with the vampire DLC you can rule the world in this Fantasy turn-based strategy game.
Vampires: Bloodlord Rising is a third person view action RGP where you shall conquer the known world, but it is also a sim game where you collect stuff to build and managing your castle and slaves.
Vampire - Masquerade - Bloodline is an action RPG in the modern world. If you played the originally you should be home in this one. Although some may say otherwise.

I believe V Rising is a fairly recent-ish vampire game that has been review fairly positively. To add to that, I recall playing Vampyr a while back, and while i didn't think it was fantastic, it was an alright game in its own right.
