We are new here to Zorin OS. we switch from win 10 to Zorin. but we notice the OS is very slow. How to make it fast?

What are the specs of your computer? Brand, model, CPU, RAM, graphics...
using this specs : * Intel® Core™ i7-8550U with Intel® UHD graphics 620 (1.8 GHz base frequency, up to 4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores)

Hi and welcome. Can you explain how the machine is being slow? Just to mention, I am not sure which is the best compositor for Intel graphics but firstly I would suggest you swap from Wayland (the default compositor) to Zorin Desktop on xorg. To do this, at the login, select your user name but don't enter the password until you have left-clicked on the cog that appears to the right (to the left on an Arabic desktop) and change from the default 'Zorin Desktop' to 'Zorin Desktop on xorg' and see if there is any improvement. Keep us posted.
