Hi, my convertible laptop with zorin os 17 lite can't play videos at all, neither youtube or netflix work, or mp4 videos, I also tried vlc. How do I fix it? Do I have to install some drivers? How?

Can you launch terminal from your app menu, taskbar or the keyboard shortcut ctl+alt+t and run the command
sudo apt install ubuntu-restricted-extras
Once installed, test if you can play any video formats.

Also are you using Firefox deb version or flatpak version? In terms of Netflix you need to agree to DRM to be installed before you can view Netflix.

It didn't solve it, it seems like there's a driver problem. Sometimes the videos freeze with the audio blocked too. How could I solve this?

Update: This problem occurs precisely only with the audio enabled. When I disable the audio the video returns to play normally obviously without audio. Furthermore it seems to be a pulseaudio problem because when I go to do the commands pulseaudio -k and then pulseaudio --start, everything returns to normal for a few minutes then at a certain point the problem repeats itself.
