sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall linux-headers-$(uname -r) virtualbox-dkms dkms
reboot
sudo modprobe vboxdrv

for which ubuntu version did u download the VM? if u use zorin 16, try reinstalling VM for here https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/7.0.8/virtualbox-7.0_7.0.8-156879~Ubuntu~focal_amd64.deb
