From websearch using "Intel Alder Lake PCH-P High Definition Audio no sound ubuntu 22.04"
I found this:

...which refers to bug reports.

Did you have any sound (e.g. from headphone) either when you had arch based distro, or Zorin (ubuntu 22.04 based distro). Asking, as a later kernel (6.9.0) may now contain a fix according to last comment here: 216311 – Add HP Envy x360 15 (Model: 15-ey0xxx, 8A31) to ALC245 codec fixes (snd_hda_id_realtek)

You may wish to do your own additional websearches using the search term I quoted above, to see if anything new comes up.

I did a short research and I think the problem is not in the kernel or the os. I think there is no full support for the alder lake you mentioned. My kernel has the latest update and a few people with the problem I mentioned solved the problem in 5.18. I think it was not solved only in alder lake. At first, everyone who mentioned this problem has the same driver. (snd_hda_intel) I thought the error was caused by this. I don't know, maybe I didn't make a correct setting in my BIOS, it looks like I'll switch to Windows for now, it works perfectly there, but thank you for your help.

Just to confirm, Linux detects the device (which means it can identify it but does not work). Just remember, the devices in your notebook were designed for that other OS, not Linux.

An alternative solution would be:
