One could argue that these two words are synonyms, depending on the context. In this case, there have been a number of posts made in very rapid succession across two similar threads. And that's fine, but it's starting to look more and more like an interrogation ![]()
Need to remember this thread is not in the "Feedback" section, but in the "Chat about Zorin" section, so I see it only intended as community discussion not advice/suggestion to the devs. So not to be taken so seriously IMO.

I do agree with that decision and the end user will not experience any interruptions - the sudo commands will all work the same.
This is a good example of a tool that is re-written not because of Rustβ’, but because of legitimate concerns with the original implementation. One of the maintainers of the original sudo package is working also in the project even, so if you trust the original utility that we're currently using, there's no reason not to trust this one.
