Wallpaper doesn't stay after reboot

It was! I think that may have fixed it and also ties in to another ongoing issue I have, with my hard drive:

HDD can be browsed but isn't visible to qBittorent

Until I mount, the drive isn't accessible. This issue is still ongoing.
