Yes, I also tried once to run Windows apps with Mono. It works more or less.
But how to use Visual Studio?
Or how are written Linux apps???
@Dixit, as far as I'm aware, there is no direct official support for WinForm apps for Linux in .NET Core. That is why there is no option for "desktop apps" in Rider, or anywhere else for .NET Core.
Maybe you want to try different .NET-like platform, called Mono, which supports Linux and "desktop apps" for Linux.

Ohh so no way to access win form like windows.
So for only this i have to install windows 
I can't use virtual machines cuz i have 4GB Ram and i5 4th gen.....
