Try to switch to Xorg if you are using Wayland. Logout and at login click on your profile, then a cog wheal appears at the bottom right. There select "Zorin Desktop on Xorg". Then login with your password. This setting will be kept until you change it.

Do You have any other Gnome Extensions installed and active? When You disable it and enable again, does it change? When You change the Size of the Taskbar, does it affect?
