Welcome to the Forum!

When You are on KDE, You could do that. But that would mean that the Gnome Desktop and all the Zorin Stuff will be removed because the Zorin Desktop is based on Gnome.

It would be also important to know if You use SDDM to log in. If You still use the Zorin Login, then You should switch becaus this would disappear, too - and then could lead to Issues.

Or You go another Way and simply use a Distro that comes by with Plasma Desktop. Something like Kubuntu or Debian KDE.

Well if @JerryANDS follows my video tutorial very carefully, you leave certain elements as they are, which is what I did by leaving gdm3 onboard for the login screen, Zorin Artwork, and the Zorin Plymouth. That is why I stopped myself from removing packages that would delete linked packages, hence the toing and froing in the video. :winking_face_with_tongue:

Well, I was following your tutorial but then I noticed that I didn't have Synaptic and I tried to install it but I could not because of a broken dependency, something about zorin-desktop so I restart my pc and.........My zorin OS is broken, it is stucked in boot logo.
