It may be delayed somewhat, as not all issues currently present with Zorin 18 have been resolved...But I'm not sure.
I'm wondering this myself. Zorin OS 18 was released in October, were half way through November, and are still waiting. I wonder if it will even be released by December at this point. I wonder if the Zorin team are having issues with it, and are trying to solve issues, so that it can be ready.
Just speculation on my part, but Zorin devs raced to get Z18 out for Win10 EOL.
I wonder if this was a bit of a rush and they are now playing catch-up with the rest of the work.

There seems to be several issues. Personally, I'd rather wait until they make sure everything is working correctly before I do the upgrade. Heck, I may even wait a few weeks until after it's ready just to be certain.

My Upgrader now shows that it is coming soon and has a button to notify me when it is ready. That is a good sign so I guess I will hope for it to come out sometime in the next week or so!!
