When will Zorin get the new Kernel 5.16?

So, i'm a bit of a noob,

some games, Elden Ring for example, run poorly for me, apparently the problem is in the Fsync/futex

I don't want to use a modified Kernel (i broke my installs before), but in version 5.16 it apparently is enabled out of the box, like on Manjaro.

So when will we get the new Kernel?

Also a different question, can i upgrade from a Core to Pro version of Zorin or do i have to reinstall?
