Hi, for some reason whenever I open Firefox, it always creates a brand new workspace just to open it. If I go to this workspace and try to open another instance of Firefox, it yet again creates a new workspace and opens Firefox there. It simply will not open Firefox on the current workspace that I am on. What's happening here? Have I done something accidentally?

One solution I have would be to use auto move windows
This is an extension that you can activate with the extension manager. This can be downloaded from the software store.
With the extension you can set whether a program window should automatically be moved to a specific workspace. MFG
I have zorin 17.1 but it should be similar in 16.2
