Why does the tracker-miner-fs-3 process use the processor so much?

Hello friends

I have the GNOME and Cinnamon desktop environments, and I switch between them. I noticed today, after performing an update and upgrade of some packages, that this process tracker-miner-fs-3 consumes a lot of the processor, and the fan noise never stops. I tracked it down and found it in the ~/.cache directory. What is the reason for the problem?

Tracker Miner notes and cache's files that you open frequently in order to speed up the loading and launching of commonly used files. It is a file indexing service.

When I used Zorin Core, I disabled the process.
The disabling procedure no longer works because Gnome changed that, so the workaround is to remove its permissions

sudo chmod -x /usr/libexec/tracker-miner-fs-3

sudo chmod -x /usr/libexec/tracker-extract-3
