Wi-fi does not work despite Bluetooth being available

I got a PC with a graphics board and installed Zorin OS. But only the built-in wi-fi does not help despite Bluetooth being available. I connected an old wi-fi dongle (it is slow!) and tried to install the drivers but no effect. It may be cause by Nvidia drivers. Is there anything I can do to solve the problem?

Could be a Kernel issue try with an older kernel.

And keep the secure boot disabled.

The Wifi 6 AX series have been consistently troublesome. Looking around the forum, you will find many posts on Wifi6 AX200, AX210...
There are a couple of suggestions here that may be helpful:

I eventually gave up. Intel's wi-fi drivers are notorious, and since my machine is a desktop, it makes little sense to have wi-fi built in. Thanks for advices.

I moved the solution to your post since my suggestion did not provide any solution that worked for you and your solution was to stop gnashing your teeth over the problem and use a Wifi Dongle.

The solution can be changed in future to a newly presented one should this topic be revisited.

I removed the useless wi-fi card and sold it for 1,500 Yen. This is enough money to buy a new wi-fi dongle. :upside_down_face:
