How far away from the router are you?
And have you checked WPA to make sure it is correct?

This output shows your driver as working and recognized, it is broadcasting and it is able to multicast.
But... it is not connecting.

Maybe check for errors:

dmesg | grep r8712u

Thank you for reply this is what the grep said

Nothing there shows any errors for a connection. The opposite, actually. The way it reads, the device is recognized, loaded and everything looks good. Nothing that indicates a problem. But...

Staging is a Beta. Unstable version.

And that can explain it failing to connect fully.
Let's first focus on the simplest:
Is Secure Boot enabled in your BIOS settings?

Secure boot i cannot find in bios i have a old machine 2011 made I7 1st gen but its trustworthy

and i am roughly 8 feet from modem

Ah, it is older than Secure Boot is.

8 feet is close enough, no problem there.
Is this a notebook computer? Have you checked if there is a physical switch (airplane Mode/Wifi off) on the case? Some have those.

thanx for the reply its a all in one destop
