I have two Latitude 7430 laptops. I booted them into Zorin from a Live USB to test.
On both, Wi-Fi would not work. The wireless device was not seen.
I have a USB Wi-Fi adaptor, so I plugged it in. It was seen and worked for both laptops during the Live USB boot.
I went ahead and did a full install, and then the internal Wi-Fi adaptor worked. No action needed beyond installing Zorin.
I was a bit surprised as I often read comments suggesting to test your hardware before committing. In the end I ignored what could have been a big problem but got lucky.
Its possible the ISO vs the installed version may have updated its self durning install with drivers that wasnt in the live version. ive seen stuff work in live version then not work after install
I suspect @wesoliv429 is correct. If you agreed to updates to be installed during installation I suspect that is what happened as AX211 is a 'relatively' new wifi chipset.

I don't recall for certain if I allowed updates during install, but if it was offered as an option I likely did take it... but with no working wi-fi and not being connected with an Ethernet cable I'm not sure how it could have done this. I did not use my USB wi-fi during install... or maybe I did? I'll have to pay closer attention when I do these things.
These laptops are about 3 years old. Does that make the AX211 relatively new? Is that a normal amount of time for a driver to be created for Linux and then rolled into a distribution?
