Wifi ADAPTER AC usb not detected by OS
Initial thing to try. With ZorinOS running, remove then re-insert the USB WiFi Adapter and see if it is then discovered.
Next thing: Please provide us some details of your system and particularly the wifi adapter and/or its chipset (e.g Realtek ####...)
