You might try updating your Linux kernel.

Kernel 6.2 supports Wifi devices that Zorin won't even detect.

Instructions on updating kernel:

16.3 is supposed to have kernel 6.2 but Lite still has 5.15

No where on that page does it say that Zorin OS 16.3 comes with the 6.2 kernel. It states: Zorin OS 16.3 is powered by the same version of the Linux kernel as in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (GA). Ubuntu 22.04 ships with the 5.15 kernel. If you want the 6.2 kernel: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tuxinvader/lts-mainline sudo apt update && sudo apt install linux-generic-6.02
