Window size bigger than desktop: buttons not seen unless the window is moved. How to move? Alt + mouse left doesn't work!

Alt right click drag also does not work out of the box on Zorin 16. Also when the windows are fully maximized resize can't be done from edges as one would expect. Some way to bring back Alt right click drag? I think it WAS there.

How can i accomplish this to click "OK", "Apply" or "Cancel" on the wanted window?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Some basic questions for you first:
What edition of ZorinOS 16 are you using e.g. Core, Lite etc?
What machine do you have and what graphics card/s?
