The 6th layout (the Windows 11 like one) is identical to the 1st one now. How can I reset the appearance to make it work again?

If you need a 2 minute fix you can edit the taskbar buttons to match a similar layout to the W11 taskbar.

Right-click taskbar > Taskbar Settings > Position > move any element to center, this is what CC7 said. Some elements will place weirdly though so move each one carefully.

Can't you select it in "Zorin appearance"?
