Hello friends,
I installed the Wine package and I have an old version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 that I installed, and I also installed it on PlayOnLinux. The problem is the screen movements that appear when choosing between tools or program options, and this problem only appears when the program is in full-screen mode. If I minimize the screen, the problem disappears.
What is the reason for this?

Adobe CS6 Problems in Wine
Running Adobe Photoshop CS6 in full screen mode under WINE can encounter several issues. One common problem is that certain drop-down menu buttons, such as those for switching tools, selecting brushes, colors, and some configuration options, do not work properly.23 Additionally, the Liquify filter window may be dysfunctional, and after applying a filter or undoing an action, it might only be visible when the window is updated.2
To address these issues, some users have reported success by setting the ClientSideGraphcs, Managed, and Decorated registry flags to N, which resolves many graphical problems.2 However, these settings may have undesirable effects on other applications in the same prefix, so it is suggested to keep Photoshop in a separate prefix.2
Another workaround involves adjusting window management rules in Linux. Users have recommended creating new window rules in System Settings under Window Management, setting specific options for the Photoshop window class to ensure full screen functionality.2
It is also noted that Photoshop CS6 runs better on Intel Open Graphics Driver compared to nVidia blob drivers, with Intel freezing up less and being able to handle larger files.2
For users experiencing specific issues like drawing tools not working correctly, turning off 'Spacing' for each drawing tool (Brush, Eraser, Pencil, etc.) can help resolve the issue of dots appearing instead of lines.

In the cinnamon desktop environment everything works just fine
If this is occurring on Zorin Core (Gnome) Desktop, is the Jelly Mode extension enabled?
If so, does Disabling the Jelly Mode extension halt this issue?
I didn't disable it and try it
I have a pro version
Open Zorin Appearance > Effects > disable Jelly Mode, that's what Aravisian suggested. Or you're saying that this jelly effect is happening only to Adobe Photoshop CS6?
Yes
Only to cs6
Could you go into wine configuration (winecfg) and disable (or enable, try both ways) "allow the window manager to control the windows" and see if that possible makes a difference or not?
I haven't tried
But on Cinnamon works for me well
