Had you added 32bit architecture support when you added the wine repository?

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 && sudo apt update

So i finally fixed it, it was by a simple commands: first i searched for libwine: sudo apt search libwine than i installed libwine-dev and libwine/focal: sudo apt install libwine-dev sudo apt install libwine/focal at the end i performed a force install of wine64: sudo apt install -f wine64
