Anyone coming from Zorin OS 16 (don't know if 15.3 is the same): The option is called "Isolate Workspaces" and is found in the Taskbar Settings (Right click on Taskbar, choose "Taskbar settings", then in the "Behaviour" Tab check "Isolate Workspaces")
