I find this wording interesting. It can be quite accurate. But that you use it here implies that valid complaints are just an attention seeking effort. That is not accurate.
Such a brush off discourages valuable feedback.
And it can enable poor treatment of end users, were such an idea widely accepted.
In the forum guidelines, what is clear is to examine the merit of a statement, not to claim a personal motive to a poster.

A rather quick audit of what is different in Zorin OS compared to Ubuntu demonstrates many configuration changes, under the hood adjustments that go beyond the skin. One example would be the back burner of Snap. It is permitted, but not given it's Canonical front row seat.
Zorin OS brings a large number of in-built applications and extensions, too.
The ZorinGroup cannot test or verify the Kernel Teams output, either. They have no more capacity to do that than we do - and bug fixes on Zorin OS tend to be very Quick.
The rest of the commentary is genuine, however. I, personally, am not here for Artyom or Kyrill Zorin. I do not dislike them. Nor, do I like them. They are strangers to me.
