Hi

Would you mind sharing which nvidia driver version you are using to run the game and which compatibility tool you are using with Steam ? For some reason, the game worked perfectly well for me during the first mission, and then abruptly crashed. I haven't been able to relaunch the game since.

I can't recall it I'm on Ubuntu Budgie and Fedora now.
Are you using .deb or flatpak of Steam?

I'm using the .deb version

The i386 libs may getting to old for Steam (and its games). Try the flatpak and see if it solve the problem.

It took some time to successfully switch to the flatpak version of Steam, but unfortunately, the game still does not work. Thanks anyway for the piece of advice.
