YouTube Anyone Having Problems

This just started for me today when I went to watch some content ..... a message popped up saying " This content isn't available, try again later ..... Learn more "

I have tried movies .... YouTubers I have subscribed to ..... and any other material on YouTube ..... I clanged search engines .... restarted the content I want to watch numerous times but no changes ....

Under " Learn More " it gives a list of things to do to get rid of this garbage but nothing seems to work except the " Get a paid YouTube account" which I refuse to do ..... is this their way of making everyone pay for the pleasure of using YouTube now .....

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem ....

I think I have found the problem I had to shut off Adblocker Plus on YouTube even though I have been using it for years on YouTube .... guess all good things must come to an end sometime ....

Guess now I'll be stuck with adds .....

Just received my first add and it is the same as what I get on my Smart TV if I watch YouTube there .... which I do for movies .... sometimes you can cut the add short by clicking on the " skip " notification when it shows up on the bottom right side of your screen .....

I just tried to watch that one. Seems all good here. I'm using Ghostery, Privacy Badger and Ad Guard. So far so good. Oh, I'm also using the Zen Browser, a Firefox fork. I'm not a fan of ads in general. Lol. Try adding some of those and see it it clears up ads while still playing the show. Good luck. O/

You could use uBlock Origin. In Firefox it is still available. When You use Brave, You would have to choose uBlock Lite.

Thanks ... I'll give that a shot ... let you know later how it works Adblock Plus sure doesn't work .....

Sorry I said Adblocker Plus in my original post ....

That was the trick .... I downloaded uBlock Origional Lite and stayed on Youtub for 3-4 hours checking on all kinds of videos and NO ADS ....

Thanks .... I credited you with the Solution in case anyone else as the same problem I did they will know what to do .... :+1: :+1:

Thank you kind sir .... spelling was my weakest subject in school ..... with out my Browser Spelling function my posts would be unreadable .... spelling corrected ..... LOL

lets face it. youtube is dying. i found these workarounds:

Use Brave or Mullvad browser. They have pretty good adblockers preinstalled.
Press F5 everytime videos wont load
Try using a VPN (Proton has a great VPN)
Search if you find stuff on Vimeo, Dailymotion and other sites. sometimes even rutube has cool stuff
And then Youtube is just broken sometimes due to massive AI-Slop and Bots
