I installed Zorin 18.1 today. This is my first installation, and when I play YouTube videos, playback stops midway (a spinning circle appears) and a beeping sound is emitted. Stopping and restarting doesn't fix it. It stops again after a while. To fully recover, I have to close YouTube and restart playback.
This issue occurs regardless of the browser used.
If anyone knows a solution, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

What Browser do You use? Is it installed as Flatpak or .deb/APT Version? Did You tried it with disabled Hardware Acceleration? Did You tried different Browsers?
Have You installed AV Codecs? Open Gnome Software and scroll down to the End. there is a Button called ''Codecs''. Click on it and You get an Overview of Codec Packages. Install them all.
Then You can install more Stuff with the Terminal with the Command:
sudo apt install ffmpeg vlc ubuntu-restricted-extras
I know, VLC is actually a Media Player but this bringe Codec Support with it, too. One Thing to the last Package. This is a Bundle and includes besides Codecs Microfost Fonts, too. And because of that, You will get a Window where You have to agree to a Licence Agreement. Navigate there with the TAB Key to ''Ok'' and press Enter.

I tried installing all the codecs, disabling hardware acceleration, and playing videos in various browsers, but none of them solved the problem.
I'm giving up on video playback.
I also tried asking the AI for help, but that didn't solve the problem either.
Do you have this issue only with youtube videos? What happens when you play other videos?
Maybe it helps to increase the time for suspending/screensaving functions or to turn them off for testing? I'm not sure because usually the screens goes blank then and you only wrote about beeping...I haven't experienced that yet.
If it helps you can also use a gnome extension like caffeine or espresso instead.
Okay, how looks Your Sound Setup? Do You use built-in Speakers or external? Are they connected wireless or wired? Did You tried Pulse Audio Volume Control? You can install it with sudo apt install pavucontrol
After the Installation check the Configuration and Output Tab's for available Audio Options and Profiles.
