Oh, I see... These were made to add additional supplement to the existing Zorin Theme. So, they do not contain the GTK portion.
For that, you need the Zorin Theme, which you would not have already on Fedora.

How did you managed to get a colored Zorin start button?
He probably edited the original in GIMP or Inkscape.
Please, please, send me more screenshot of that desktop. Now I want to install fedora cinnamon haha.
